EXCHANGE POLICY 

Exchanges for other items or sizes apply in most of our products. This policy does not apply for discount items.

Custom-made pieces

If there was a mistake made by us, you can return the piece and we'll send you a new one with proper corrections. The new piece must be the same design, color, fabric, and size as the original. 

Costs for any exchange shipping must be carried by the Customer. 

We reserve the right to demand compensation if the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.
